Built in 2023, Le Chateau RV Park offers 15 individual fenced lots of over 2500 s.f. each.
Located in Farmersville the park is situated in the eastern side of DFW.
Few minutes away from lake Lavon, 15 min from Wylie, 25 min from Greenville, 30 min from McKinney and only 40 min from Dallas.
The lots feature 2 parking spots, water and sewer, 30/50 amp electrical, Wi-Fi and arbored backyard.
The pads are 15x40ft and the fenced area is 30x64ft.

Rules
RV park rules
- All reservation are for 1 month minimum
- Max 2 vehicle in addition to the RV
- Maximum of 2 adults and 2 childrens per lot. (Extra fee of $30 per additional children)
- Maximum of 2 dogs per lot. (No breed restriction)
RV restrictions
- 40ft long or less
- 2005 or newer
- No pop up tents
- RV needs to be kept in good condition
Deposits
- Every lot is charged a fully refundable deposit of $300 upon reservation
- Deposit will be held in case of damages or failure to pay fees or electrical bills
Payments
- Monthly fee is due at move in
- Recurring fees are due on the first day of the next billing cycle
